The change initiatives we are involved with are challenging and hugely satisfying – digital transformation at its best! We drive the strategy development and then oversee the resulting transformation but leave the day-to-day operational side of things to internal IT Managers or our clients’ other partners.
Note that most of our CIOs are contracted rather than employed. Few start with us full-time. Our model works perfectly for those working in the space but wanting more, those looking to supplement either existing contract work or semi-retirement, or senior strategic professionals starting out on a consulting journey.
