We charge a fixed fee for our engagement as scoped. While we expect that this will translate into a proportion of full-time positions, we concentrate on the outcomes.

Your investment
The cost is essentially a product of the work vs timeframe – we usually work on a fixed-cost monthly subscription basis and our Agile approach provides maximum flexibility as your needs change over time. The key point is, you’re always in control.
We also don’t believe in locking clients into lengthy contracts. We’ll discuss the cost and schedule of projects, but you can cancel the engagement at any stage if you don’t feel you’re receiving value.
